It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for all aspects of the Pool & Beach operation being pro-active, creative and results driven, focusing on delighting our guests and creating a Mandarin Oriental Experience.

We are looking for a Pool Operations Manager with a minimum of 2 years food & beverage supervisory experience preferred. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of the Pool Beach Area; maintaining and enhancing service standards; assessing training needs, planning, administrative duties; scheduling; coaching & counseling of colleagues; attending relevant hotel meetings; and training new colleagues. ServSafe certification is preferred. Incumbent must have working knowledge of MS Office products, as well as working knowledge of POS (InfoGenesis preferred). A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position only.

The functional positions of Servers, Host/ess, Attendants and Bartenders will report into the Pool Operations Manager.
