Responsibilities:

• Maintain available to help with any matter related to making the stay of hotel guests a pleasant and memorable one.
• Coordinate with the culinary department as well as Butler Service Team for the smooth delivery of in-room amenities for our hotel guests.
• Create personalized in-room set up for special occasions such as birthdays, Honeymoons, and any other celebrations.
• Liaise with Guest Relations and Front Office Department for any relevant information required for Hotel Guests.
• Keep abreast of all hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, and upcoming events in order to be able to answer guest requests and questions.
• Have a creative and imaginative working attitude that will assist in creating magic moments and memories for our guests.

Skills and requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Operations and/or a similar school/college qualification
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Preferably with previous experience working in a luxury hotel.
• Ability to demonstrate that they can work in a multi-tasking environment effectively, be enthusiastic, positive in their nature, and have an excellent guest-handling manner.
