Responsibilities

Assist in sourdough making
Ensure neatness and cleanliness of refrigerators and service area
Maintain good relations with other sections for distribution of workload
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time

Requirements

With solid experience in sourdough and breads making
Positive, self-motivated and able to work independently
Good command of Chinese and English
