Banquet Operations Assistant Manager

Summary of Responsibilities 
  • Conduct outlet briefings
  • Ensure that outlet logbooks are up to date
  • Review and communicate BEO’s
  • Oversee staffing levels
  • Create and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee and ensure that all functions and meetings are set up properly and timely
  • Train for service standards, customer service, and quality presentation
  • Work closely with the culinary and events management team
  • Ensure that all MOHG standards are constantly monitored
  • Establish and maintain a monthly training plan according to the standards required
  • Develop the team through coaching, mentoring and constant formal interactions at specific yet periodic intervals
  • Ensure guest needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service
  • Guide the operations to ensure that guest satisfaction is monitored and where appropriate, rectified
  • Any adhoc requests required by the Director of Banquets Operations
Job Requirements 
  • Able to do shift work and work on weekends (5 day work week)
  • Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
