Duties and Responsibilities
To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and a demonstrate a professional image for our guests To ensure a full knowledge of the menu and wine list in order to respond or amend guests requests to their full satisfaction To greets guests and establish rapport in order to ensure guest satisfaction To ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and inappropriate order at all times To assist and prepare all VIP amenities in order to deliver them in compliance with our Legendary Quality Standards To ensure that all service steps are performed in order to reach guest satisfaction and to comply with our Legendary Quality Standards To ensure all dishes are presented in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications To deliver service according to hotel standards and guest requirements in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner To up-sell services and products to our guests at all times, enhancing service and generating increased revenue To perform any tasks relating to billing according to hotel service standards and cashiering policies To report any guest comments or complaints to the manager on duty in In Room Dining allowing prompt corrective action To perform clearing of tables and trays in the wash service area ensuring efficient rotation of silver, china and glassware and keeping breakage to a minimum
Requirements
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Turkish language Demonstrates a high standard of verbal communication, social skills and up-selling skills Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Ability to set up and maintain food and beverage items in accordance with MOHG standards and HACCP, to ensure guest satisfaction
