Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Provides administrative assistance in payroll, compensation and benefits function.
  • Preparing monthly payroll for all individuals in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Processing all reimbursements and deductions.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Handles the HR record management and maintains the HR system and administers amendments, and updates to provide an efficient and effective service to colleagues.
  • Any other duties assigned to you by the HR Director.
