Scope of Position

Supervise and carry out repairs and maintenance of Mechanical/electrical system, equipment and appliances, co-ordinate with contractors and other departments for various kinds of project, supervise the Shift team and handle routine checking and emergency complaints.

Requirements

• Graduated from Vocational / Technical Institute in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years Hotel experience
• At least 10 years experience in engineering field
• 2 years experience of supervisory
• Good knowledge in building services systems
• The ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills
• Good training skill
• Leadership skill
• Excellent overall communication skills
• Basic Hotel operation knowledge
• Basic financial knowledge
• Basic knowledge with engineering store keeping system.
• Good knowledge of Kitchen, Laundry, Swimming pool, Pumps and Fire systems
• Qualified Certification for Arc Welding and Argon Welding

职位要求
