Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group lands on the iconic shores of Lake Como. Following Milan, Mandarin Oriental Lago di Como opens its doors on April 15, 2019. Position Details

We are recruiting for a passionate and talented Bellman with the potential to grow within our Resort. 

The Bellman is responsible for the overall guest satisfaction by creating a delightful arrival and departure experience, which includes escorting guests to their destination, handling delivering and storing of guests luggage, communication of information and guest requests and familiar with and able to demonstrate the guest room technology.

As a Bellman you will be greeting our guests and visitors on arrival and departure courteously and professionally. You will ensure that their belongings are secured and delivered to and from their guestrooms, reflecting the hotel's standards of excellence in order to create a lasting impression of warmth and hospitality. 

You are an outgoing and enthusiastic individual, passionate about customer service and willing to offer the most impeccable and sincere service to our guests in a smiley and warm manner. You will make sure Legendary Quality Experience Standards are implemented and respected to be able to exceed customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate is a driven individual with outstanding communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English.
