  • Coordinate the provision of up-to-date hotel information to in-house guests, the local community and MOHG upon request
  • Assist with the coordination of press enquiries, events and interviews
  • Propose and initiate, when approved, new services and communication ideas for hotel guests
  • Coordinate photography for VIP visits, exhibitions and social functions
  • Liaise with guests and clients on photographic requirements
  • Prepare monthly reports and other reports as assigned
  • Co-ordinate the print and distribution of in-room letters and messages
  • Process media clippings
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain the departmental filing system
  • Prepare, distribute and manage work orders, purchase requisitions and other relevant correspondence relating to the overall department



  • University graduate, preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Communications or customer services, preferably in luxury hotel
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
