Experience in Social Media management is highly required for the role with the inclusion of the below:

-Develop and manage the brand's social media indentity

-Manage a social media content calendar

-Creating written and visual content across several social media platforms

-Increase social media engagement across platforms

-Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged.

 Skills and experiences required

• Create social assets optimized to preferences of audience for maximized engagement.
• Identify and engage influencers and creators to create impact outside of owned social channels.
• Manage and monitor what’s happening on official account, including sentiment, trends, and metrics, and ensure content fits into the overall Social Marketing and Brand strategy
• Proficient in Japanese with excellent English speaking and writing skills (preferable)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
• Creative thinker and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
