Floor Manager, Housekeeping SHIFT PATTERN ( 40 hours, 5 days per week) 

 
We’re looking for a Floor Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic Housekeeping Team. 

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is the newest jewel to be opening in Mayfair. It’s another world; an oasis of calm in the heart of the city, with the most attentive service. A world that’s all about our guests.  

As a key member of our housekeeping team we are looking for a Floor Manager that is approachable, curious and has a natural ability to interact with both guests and colleagues and has great attention to detail. 

As a Floor Manager t Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for: 

As a Floor Manager you will need to:

·Be a leader to the Room Attendants, Porters and Public Area Attendants and efficiently organize the workflow of the team.

·Ensure the absolute highest standards of cleanliness are delivered to each of our guests.

·Be flexible in supporting the Executive Housekeeper on exciting pre-opening tasks.

As a Floor Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
