OBJECTIVES:

1. Acts on issues and concerns in his field of activity immediately.

2. Ensures compliance with her assigned objectives.

3. Responsible for achieving retail sales targets as set by the Spa Director/Treatment Manager.
4. Ensure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns and offering to prepare products at reception for purchase.
5. Encourage clients to return to the spa by recommending an ongoing treatment programmed and cross-selling the other business centers in the spa.
6. Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages, and any promotions.
7. Participate in demonstrations or events as required.
8. Ensure that daily sales figures are accurately recorded.
9. Carry out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified.
10. Protect the guest experience by moving quietly around the treatment room and in corridors.
11. Use the correct quantities of products as specified by the manufacturer and do not exceed that amount.
12. Maintain linen and product levels in the treatment rooms, ensuring trolleys are stocked, clean, and organised as per spa standards.
13. Follow treatment room opening and closing procedures correctly, reporting any maintenance issues to the duty manager.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, including French manicures, airbrushing and gel manicures,
• Applying artificial or acrylic fingernails
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each requested style
• Prepare and clean beauty/nail station in-between appointments
• Inform guests about additional services and offers (eyebrow, waxing)
• Give hand and foot massages
• Up-sell treatments and beauty products,
• Knowledge of trends
